Job Description

Manager: Inside Sales Manager

Responsible for: Customer Relationship & Project Management

Pay Status: Salary Overtime.

Location: On Site, Erie Window Mfg. Plant

Job Purpose

Responsibilities will include reviewing and communicating directly with project customers, processing all order entry for respective projects, gate keeper of all project communications and exceptions. Working directly with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, invoicing and production exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service Representative for defined Project Customers
• Order Entry Requirements & Processing for defined Project Customers
• Distribute & communicate customer production schedules or work orders to departments.
• Review customer documents, such as project layouts, production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine order entry, schedule sequencing, material planning and transportation planning.
• Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
• Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
• Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
• Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
• Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
• Compile and prepare documentation related to project phase completions, production sequences, transportation, quality exceptions, materials, and invoice management.

Salary : $31,200 - $39,500
