Duties and responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using commercial washing equipment
- Help to keep all of the BOH area clean and free from any safety hazards
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Ensure clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are available and kept in their proper locations
- Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies
- May do some food prep work such as, weighing and portioning food, cutting, slicing and other prep work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
