Job Description

Secretariat’s PhD economists and experts have been leading economic analysis and supporting court testimony in high-stakes arenas for over 40 years. Our work includes antitrust, intellectual property, and all other intersections of economics, law, and policy. Law firms, government agencies, and corporations trust us to answer complex questions, provide rigorous analysis, and provide insightful testimony. Our firm’s standard is a commitment to integrity and creative, rigorous, and objective analysis.

We are looking for talented new PhDs to join our team! We seek people who thrive on diving into new problems, exhibit strong analytical skills, balance the big picture with deep dives into data and details, are inquisitive and creative, and enjoy collaboration with like-minded individuals from varied backgrounds. We are open to candidates from all economics fields.

Secretariat offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and extensive opportunities for professional development in a merit-based environment. Our flexible work model includes options to work in one of our several offices across the U.S. and the option to work entirely remotely (within the U.S.).

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $260,000.
