What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Recruiter position at SECURA Insurance?
Responsible for both the exempt and non-exempt recruitment and selection process to include internal job postings, website and social media advertising, candidate referrals, reviewing resumes, interview coordination, phone screening, behavioral-based interviewing, guiding hiring managers, working with recruiters, attending job fairs, composing and negotiating offers, tracking applicants, checking backgrounds and references, on-boarding new associates, and coordinating the new hire process.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
- Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of current hiring practices, recruitment strategies, staffing industry trends, and all applicable employment laws
- Ensure timely candidate placements and healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
- Communicate, market, and sell SECURA to candidates
- Assist with building SECURA culture and brand
- Create and manage reports to track and measure staffing results
- Develop positive relationships with recruiters, vendors, university officials, and all other stakeholders
- Responsible for campus relations
- Provide support to and work with other other functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, payroll, benefits, and training
- Other duties as assigned
