Position: Security Flex Officer
Location: Greater Chicagoland Area
Availability: Open availability required from 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Tuesday - Saturday
Job Type: Full-time, Flexible
Pay Rate: $17.00 Hourly, ($18.00 after 90 days)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Flex Officer to join our team in the Greater Chicagoland area. This role requires an individual with open availability from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday. As a Flex Officer, you will be responsible for filling in various assignments temporarily but will typically work 40 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible Deployment: Travel to different assignments throughout the Greater Chicagoland area as needed.
- Security Oversight: Provide comprehensive security services including monitoring, patrolling, and incident response.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent attitude when dealing with clients and the public.
- Long Hours: Work extended shifts with a commitment to maintaining high standards of performance.

- Experience: Prior experience in security is required.

Requirements:
- Vehicle: Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
- Driver’s License: Must have a current, active driver’s license with no suspensions in the last 7 years.
- Availability: Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work on short notice.
- Experience: Previous security experience required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have a current, active PERC card and a 20-hour security training certificate.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Other: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
