Position Details:
Hiring Security Officers at our client's Minneapolis, Stinson, & Plymouth, MN. sites
Pay: $20.50 - $23.50/ hr. (based on location)
Shift: Full-Time Day & Overnights
Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance
Must be 18
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver’s License
6 Months of Customer Service Experience Required - Security/Military/Law Enforcement Experience Preferred
Security License class will be scheduled for you within 2 weeks if you do not have one

Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular security checks of the premises.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and customers.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
- Physical fitness to perform security duties such as walking, standing, and lifting.
