What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Phones Operator position at Securitas Electronic Security?
Protecting and connecting businesses worldwide, Securitas Technology offers a unique opportunity as an Alarm Monitoring Representative in our state-of-the-art 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. Working a Mid-Shift, 2nd, or 3rd shift schedule that includes holidays and weekends, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by accurately and efficiently responding to alarm signals.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing alarm events, verifying security information, and notifying emergency services such as fire and police agencies
- Ensuring customers are properly notified of events, including answering a multi-line telephone system and performing data entry
- Responding to all incoming alarm signals in our automation software according to documented procedures
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred; 1-3 years' work experience; completion of a pre-hire assessment for typing. Those selected will complete a paid training class and must pass a final exam certifying their skill as an Alarm Monitoring Operator.

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
