What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Field Marketing position at Securiti.ai?
We are looking for a Field Marketing leader who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing events and campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing you will work closely with sales, partners, and marketing colleagues to develop multichannel field marketing campaigns, successfully execute programs, and track overall performance.Strategic thinking in making events and field marketing an important contributor to becoming a category leader.
Responsibilities :
- Develop field marketing strategy to support our rapid growth and create awareness as a category leader
- Drive internal and external corporate event strategy, production, roadmaps, project management and budgets
- Closely collaborate with sales to prioritize, plan and support GTM initiatives that have maximum impact, including aligning on ICP
- Manage and execute the delivery and experience of strategic in-person as well as virtual events for customers, prospects, partners, and employees, including major industry events, private customer events, regional workshops, customer advisory boards, etc.
- Coordinate field marketing activity with partners, including strategic planning and execution
- Build multichannel campaigns, integrating social, digital, and other communications channels to maximize impact of field marketing activity
- Drive cross-collaboration with creative, digital, product marketing, BDRs and sales teams to deliver successful marketing events and campaigns
- Set business goals and targets for field marketing that align to company goals
- Analyze and track overall performance of field marketing activity and impact to revenue pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership on innovative and creative strategies to bolster awareness and lead gen activity
