POSITION SUMMARY:
NEW HIRE BONUS given to new employees:
- $150.00 full time after first 60 days
- $100.00 part time after 90 days
- Security America Inc. is accepting candidates for exclusive services in the armed security officer category.
- Armed security officers will receive premium wages.
- We have full and part time openings.
- The ideal canidate must have the flexibility to work different shifts.
- Armed security officers must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Prefered Quilifications are Associates Degree in security related field, prior law enforcement, military experience and/or security experience with high exposure to the general public required.
- Armed Officers are required to have a concealed weapons permit.
- All state of Pennsylvania requirements for an armed security officer will be followed (Act PA-235 Certified).
- Armed officer must be able to effectively communicate verbally with the public and all emergency agencies.
- Must be able to complete daily written reports.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Associates Degree
Certification Requirements (All)
Concealed Weapons Permit
Pennsylvania Lethal Weapons Training Act 235
PA ACT 235
Valid State Driver's License
CPR/First Aid

Pay rate is $19 an hour. Full Time Armed Security Officers will receive:
