What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Banker position at Security Bank?
Security Bank is looking to add a Personal Banker to our team! We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced customer centric environment. This role will assist by being the first point of contact for customers. Personal Bankers work closely with all team members in all departments. In addition to the day-to-day branch operational tasks, this role will include:
- New Accounts: Proficient in opening and servicing checking accounts, savings, MMDA, safe deposit boxes
- Complete loan files, organizing loan documents, disbursements
- Once fully trained will source basic consumer lending: including auto, personal loan, ready reserve lines of credit, real estate products and process according to bank procedures
- Customer inquiry resolutions; fraud, disputes, maintenance, etc.
- Compliance with Operational, Security and Audit Policies & Procedures
- Assist with basic teller functions as needed
- Community involvement activities

*Previous banking and or cash handling experience preferred but not required
