Requirements
Great customer service and communication skills are required. Mortgage loan processor should be able to manage their own pipeline and also have an aptitude in math and excellent time management skills
- understanding of loan underwriting and processing procedures
- Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations
- proficient in mortgage loan computer software
- excellent attention to detail
- well-organized
- High school diploma; bachelor's preferred
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
