The Retail Services Representative II is responsible for handling customer service transactions while providing an exceptional in-branch customer experience. By utilizing a needs based service approach, the Retail Services Representative II will create new banking relationships and strengthen existing relationships through positive daily customer interactions

- Proficient computer skills and active engagement in the new technology
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to derive innovative solutions
