As an Electronic Banking Representative, you’ll be essential in providing our customers with secure, convenient, and seamless banking experiences. Your efforts will build trust and loyalty in Security National Bank, aligning with our mission to make banking easy and accessible for everyone. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, support account maintenance, handle transaction reviews, ensure accuracy across various banking services, providing each customer with prompt and professional support.

  • Position is onsite and must report to the Main Bank office in Sioux City, Iowa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer inquiries in the electronic banking digital footprint and ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner. This includes, consumer and business eBanking platforms, remote deposit, and digital payments.
  • Answer customer inquiries about bank services, policies, rates, etc. in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Actively participate in data reviews and prepare documentation of findings.
  • Account maintenance including opening, closing, access, and authorizations.
  • Assist customers in identifying unauthorized transactions, appropriately documenting disputes and order new debit cards.
  • Collaborate with team to produce and update documentation of development, processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for Remote Deposit Capture item review and approvals.
  • Responsible for consumer overdraft review and decisions.
  • Responsible for cross-selling and generating referrals.
  • Maintain accuracy of various account related input including check holds, stop payments, and charge-offs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 year college degree preferred or related work experience
  • Knowledge of electronic banking responsibilities including deposit regulations, ACH processing, online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit, and others
  • Customer service experience
  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
  • Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

HOURS:

Regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
