Security Bank is looking to add a Retail Banker to our team! We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced customer centric environment. This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Basic teller transactions.
- Opening new accounts; DDAs, Savings, CDs, Safe Deposit Boxes.
- Complete Loan Applications, Organizing Loan Documents, Disbursements.
- Customer inquiry resolutions; fraud, disputes, etc.
- Compliance with Operational, Security and Audit Policies & Procedures.
- Build long-term relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Rotate locations between Chancellor and Viborg.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy.
- Prior cash handling and or banking experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Financial/Math Skills.
- Commitment to Confidentiality.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and with teams.
- Customer-centric.
