Requisition Title: Change Management Consultant
Description:
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, PREFERABLY NEAR WORK LOCATION/BAY AREA(OAKLAND GENERAL OFFICE).
ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND EXPECTED TO BE ON-SITE IN OAKLAND GO 1-2 DAYS A WEEK.

Position Summary
- Partners with leaders to evaluate change management opportunities and lead change management initiatives across Enterprise Service Delivery Team.
- Provides consultation on change management approaches, plans, and practices. Identifies and partners with leaders to craft communications and provide training opportunities.
- Facilitates an understanding of initiatives to garner support for change. Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of change management execution, with a focus on process improvement.
- Develops and maintains relationships to deliver desired impact and results.
- Incorporates OCM Methodology into existing governance processes. Identifies and incorporates industry change management best practices.
- Directly assist the design, development and implementation of process change management/communications strategies across all impacted functional areas.
Typically 5-10 years relevant consulting and/or industry and functional experience.
Will need to be occasionally in-office (1-2x/week)
