Hangar Team Member

Sedona Air Tours is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hangar Team Member to join our team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional tourist experiences. As a Hangar Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the seamless operation of our facility and enhance the satisfaction of our customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Concierge Communications: Regularly reach out to concierge services, maintaining updated contact information to send them special offers and party invites exclusive to their front desks.
• Hangar Maintenance: Ensure the hangar remains clean and well-organized at all times.
• Inventory Management: Organize stock items and maintain inventory levels to meet operational demands.
• Facility Upkeep: Responsible for keeping the bathroom clean, ensuring lights are on, signage is visible, and placing A-frame signs outside.
• Customer Engagement: Promptly answer emails and phone calls, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Reservation Confirmation: Conduct confirmation calls to ensure customer bookings are verified.
• Seat Optimization: Actively call the Galleria, hotels, and local accommodations to inform them of available flights, offering commissions or discounts to help fill seats.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
