Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist to lead safety and environmental compliance initiatives. This role ensures adherence to OSHA regulations, supports training, and promotes a culture of safety throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety programs (HazCom, LOTO, PPE, etc.)
- Conduct safety inspections and investigations
- Manage OSHA logs and training compliance
- Oversee waste and environmental permit compliance
- Lead safety meetings and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification (CSP/CIH)
- 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
- Strong communication and root cause analysis skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and OSHA 30 a plus
