See Easy EyeCare (SEE) is looking for a dynamic Medical Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator to become a key part of our team. Led by Dr. Tonia Bradley, a seasoned optometrist with over 8 years of experience in Nassau County, Florida, SEE is a newly established, full-scope optometric private practice that opened in December 2023.
At SEE, we’re dedicated to building a collaborative and supportive environment for our team while delivering exceptional care to our patients. Our boutique office is thoughtfully designed with both staff and patients in mind, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. The ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently is essential to succeed in this role, as you’ll be juggling a variety of tasks that keep our office running smoothly.

To ensure we can seamlessly support each other, every team member will be cross-trained in all office roles, allowing us to fill in when needed. While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, preference will be given to those with prior experience in optometry or medical office settings, especially those who are adept at multitasking and managing diverse responsibilities.

Job duties will be as follows:
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
-Check Patients in and update registration paperwork.
-Check Patients out and collect payments.
-Must be great at multi-tasking
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, copy, scanning and correspondence
- Dispensing glasses, contact lenses, minor adjustments to frames.
-Calling Recalls for patients.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
