Cannabis Garden Production Team Member
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Availability: Weekends are required
About Us: We are a thriving cannabis cultivation facility dedicated to producing high-quality cannabis products. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, efficient, and productive work environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cannabis Garden Production Team Member.
Job Responsibilities:
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM): Monitor and manage pest populations in the garden, ensuring the health and vitality of our plants.
- Transplants: Perform transplanting tasks, moving plants from one room to another while ensuring minimal stress and optimal growth conditions.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the garden, including sanitizing work areas, equipment, and tools to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Sprayer and Irrigation Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on sprayers and irrigation systems, ensuring they function correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a cannabis production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while being a team player.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Knowledge of IPM practices is a plus.
- Must be able to work weekends and adhere to the 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM shift schedule.
