Lydia's House of Hope is looking for overnight residential staff Sunday Night through THURSDAY Night from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
You would monitor and be available to our residents (women and children) if needed and allowed to sleep overnight
Requirements:
- Responsible adult FEMALE with the confidence and initiative to manage and redirect residents as needed
- Previous experience working at a residency program
- A motivated individual with the ability to handle conflict calmly, directly, and efficiently
- Must be organized, and confident, with strong leadership skills
- Criminal Background/sex offender check/drug testing. Must pass
- Able to handle emergencies in an appropriate, safe and organized manner
- Able to maintain professional boundaries in an intimate setting
Duties include but not limited to:
- Oversee house activity and interact with residents and their children
- Monitoring, engaging and redirecting residents and activities as needed
- Monitoring/reporting on curfews for residents
- Enlisting proper safety and security measures as instructed
- Maintain log of daily events/occurrences/concerns
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma and secondary school or adult learning preferred
- Must have valid NH Driver's License and a good driving record
- Must have 2 working references
- Also able to support/uphold the mission, vision, goals and value of Seeds of Faith,Inc and Lydia's House of Hope
