Job Title: Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Northeast)
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines
- Manufacture parts to print specifications
- Load and unload parts efficiently
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and pressure micrometers
- Maintain production rates while ensuring high-quality standards
- Record part dimensions and maintain quality documentation
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Be punctual and consistently meet production goals
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 years of machine operation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Solid math skills, especially shop math
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (a plus)
- Experience in CNC programming and setup (a plus)
- Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Machining-related technical diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
