Position - Panel Assembler
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7:00am – 3:30pm)
Starting Pay – $18/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Manufacturing experience preferred, Assembly experience highly preferred
We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in assembling electrical systems. This role involves installing wiring using a step-by-step instruction manual. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential, as well as basic knowledge of using hand tools and power tools. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, safety, and quality in their work while collaborating with a team to meet production goals. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- - Perform assembly and wiring of electrical systems by following step-by-step instructions.
- - Use various hand tools, power tools, and wiring tools (e.g., wire cutters, crimpers, strippers) safely and efficiently.
- - Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to workplace safety protocols.
- - Complete work orders within specified timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- - Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- - Previous assembly experience preferred
- - High School Diploma or GED required
