Retail Sales Associate
We are a growing Retail Store and Service Center in the e-mobility space offering electric scooters, mopeds, ebikes, and more both in-person and online.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries (on phone and in-person) and resolve any issues or complaints
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
