JOB DESCRIPTION:
RPA UiPath Solution Architect will support our client engagements in designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical architect for UiPath solutions for various RPA client engagement and provide support for Center of Excellence RPA tools and infrastructure.
- Lead developers on high profile and complex automation projects to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects by working closely with the development team and project manager
- Work with process subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations
- Support the creation of process maps and Process Design Documents (PDDs) for hand to RPA development team for automation of processes, and support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required; master's degree preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is required Skills Required
- Completion of UiPath Solution Architect Training Curriculum Preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Example: 0-2 Years
- 5 - 7 years’ experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C , C#, VB, Python, or Java
- In-depth understanding of RPA development methodology
- Experience supporting RPA Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Working knowledge of federal agency core business systems, feeder systems and business processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fluid and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation content and delivery skills
- Design-thinking, lean and six-sigma experience a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with strategic-thinking and a sense of urgency and passion
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working with one or more of the following RPA platforms: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
