Responsibilities
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and educate & advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- With your keen attention to detail, youll be taking payments and updating client information.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in Issuing insurance documentation and assisting clients with policy changes.
Requirements
- An Active OH Property & Casualty License is Required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and office etiquette.
- A self-starter who is detail-oriented and driven to succeed.
- A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with excellent listening skills.
