The CBO Employee Engagement Coordinator provides local support for the Central Business Office (CBO) in Camp Hill, PA. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will focus on positive employee experiences for employee engagement and improve connection to our patients. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will also be a support to the CBO and Human Resources in recruiting of employees, onboarding and partnering with leadership to help provide an exceptional employee and candidate experience. The CBO Employee Engagement Coordinator focus will include, but is not limited to: employee engagement, recruitment and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Establish connections with current employees to be able to measure employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership to increase employee engagement.
- Coordinate follow up meetings and routine check-ins with all new employees.
- Ensure positive candidate experience and new hire experience through onboarding best practices.
- Responsible for partnering with HR and the hiring manager to prepare for candidates first day and their orientation.
- Assist CBO Hiring Managers and recruitment team with greeting candidate and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Track CBO openings and then communicate to the recruiter.
- Promotes an environment that connects with the mission and values of the organization
- Organize and execute employee events.
- Responsible for being the face of the department.
- Actively participates in employment events and career fairs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn and Facebook
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to generate results through influence in a matrix environment with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of selection methods and techniques
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn how to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards
