Job Title: Administrative & Operational Support Coordinator
Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days/week), Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract: 5 Months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to faculty, staff, and students across a range of departments including admissions, financial aid, housing, registrar services, visa services, student life, academic advising, career counseling, and other academic services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage routine issues effectively while escalating more complex matters as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process documents and forms for accuracy and completeness; track and follow up on pending items.
Research and resolve routine inquiries; escalate complex issues appropriately.
Input and maintain data across electronic databases, websites, marketing literature, and other documentation.
Coordinate logistics for outreach events, meetings, and student-related programming.
Respond to general inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact and subject matter resource on student-related administrative processes.
Support general office administration, including identifying and implementing process improvements.
May oversee and direct the daily activities of student workers and temporary staff.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Basic administrative and data management skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to learn and apply institutional policies and external compliance requirements.
