Responsibilities:

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our furniture products meet the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections of furniture products to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
  • Collaborating with production teams to address and rectify quality issues promptly.
  • Maintaining detailed records of quality assessments and reporting findings to the Quality Control Supervisor.
  • Participating in regular meetings to discuss and implement improvements in quality control processes.
  • Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to facilitate clear understanding and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Previous experience (3 years) in quality control or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle defects in furniture products.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey quality standards and provide feedback effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain detailed records.
