Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a part-time Maintenance Technician for our facilities in Madera, CA.
Who You Are:
The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.
Some key qualifications are:
Willing to work in all outdoor conditions/elements rain, heat etc.
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame
Effective judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills with staff and tenants
*NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance (will be added to company vehicle policy and drive company provided work truck during shift)
What You Will Do:
Pulling weeds and removing debris
Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
Multi-task and manage multiple projects
Cleaning units and light janitorial
Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
The Work Schedule is:
Flexible part-time hours, facility is open 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour based on experience
