Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Junior Program Analyst in Plant City, FL.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize SQL to manage a database and conduct queries on data to extract desired information that is needed
Utilize Python to extract insights from large data sets and create data visualizations to be presented to senior leadership
Conduct data analysis on large data sets obtained from markets of interest to obtain KPIs that drive pipeline development and growth in accordance to the strategic roadmap of the organization
Utilize a various set of tools (BGOV, GovWin, etc.) to include multiple market intelligence and news avenues to conduct market analysis on sectors of interest to support strategy and growth goals.
Conduct Action Officer duties, participating in meetings and taking down note of all actions given, who they are assigned to, and the date by which they must be completed.
Proposal Coordinator during active Bid & Proposal generation sequences.
Assist with developing strategies to support organizational growth and pipeline development through Segmentation, Identification, and Capture Phases.
Work within a team to compile, complete, formulate and interpret technical data and financial information relating to assigned programs and projects.
Participate in strategic thinking mapping operations and positioning to execute plans.
Produce information by researching, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Prepare market reports by collecting and conducting data analysis on various big data sources to identify opportunities that can be driven into the Capture cycle.
Create data visualizations through the use of Pivot Charts / Tables, and user interfaces such as Tableau or PowerBI to conduct market segmentation of federal obligations data.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software
MS Outlook
MS Excel
MS PowerPoint
MS Word
MS Access knowledge is a plus
MS Project knowledge is a plus
SQL fluency
Python or other languages highly desired
Database management highly desired
Possess critical thinking and complex problem solving skills
The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree is a plus
0-2 years experience required; 2-4 years experience preferred
Experience supporting Federal clients as a contractor is preferred
Proven experience with Navy such as NAVSEA, Waterfront, Warfare Centers and or OPNAV is preferred
Prior military service is preferred, prior Navy is a plus
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team
