You’ll lead property acquisition efforts, building relationships, securing deals, and making a direct impact on our success. What You’ll Do
- Appointment-Based Sales: Conduct 2-5 in-person appointments daily with homeowners to evaluate and negotiate property purchases.
- Lead Management: Respond to incoming web leads promptly, assess motivation, and manage opportunities in our CRM (Follow Up Boss).
- Acquisition Execution: Use negotiation techniques, property evaluations, and sales scripts to secure contracts that meet company goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Lead Manager and Disposition Manager to prepare resale contracts and refine strategies.
- Sales Process Mastery: Master our in-house processes, categorize leads effectively, and deliver results.
- Performance Milestones: Close your first deal within the first week, meet/exceed monthly goals, and maintain high revenue per contract.
