Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will be responsible for contacting and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and booking appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs). You’ll work directly out of our Follow Up Boss CRM system, ensuring every lead receives the attention they deserve. This is an in-office position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and text to identify motivated sellers.
- Schedule appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives to meet with qualified homeowners.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the Follow Up Boss CRM.
- Build rapport and trust with leads by actively listening to their needs and providing solutions.
- Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, refine strategies, and achieve team goals.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call volume, appointments set, and conversions.
- Participate in and contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture, including regular celebrations and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust quickly.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and efficiently use CRM tools (experience with Follow Up Boss is a big plus!).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a can-do attitude.
