Job Description

Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking an Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial and administrative support for Navy programs, including tasks such as financial auditing, accounting, analysis, and assessing program compliance with Financial Management Regulations (FMR).
• Responsibilities may include administering Government travel policies, civilian pay and leave policies, and performing cost analysis or financial transactions while ensuring adherence to DoD and Navy directives.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• A minimum of four (4) years of related experience, with at least two years in areas such as financial audit, accounting, program compliance, or cost analysis.
• Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of DoD and Navy financial and administrative directives and the ability to apply these to Navy programs effectively.
