COMPANY ROLE:
Business Managers are an essential part of our business. This is a sales position that is focused on a specific geography and customer base. The applicant should possess experience and knowledge of Publix. This key position is responsible for working with our principals to achieve agreed upon sales objectives. It includes accountability for delivering corporate volume objectives for the assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To treat all associates, customers, and suppliers with respect and appreciation.
- To represent SellEthics Marketing Group in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
- Execute principals’ goals, evaluate progress, and take corrective action where necessary, to ensure all objectives are met.
- Proactively forward ideas and suggestions that will benefit the company.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain professional rapport and credibility with decision makers, key customers and manufacturers.
- Develop and maintain thorough customer, principal, product, and industry knowledge.
- Maintain an effective communication system with all associates, customers, and principals that delivers quality and timely information.
- Provide at least monthly updates on business objectives to the VP of Sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to create and implement business plans.

- Understand syndicated data for category management projects and fact-based selling.

- Ability to use on a proficient level various Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to give high-level presentations to customers and principals.
- Candidate must have 3 years' experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry, conducting category reviews to the Publix Corporate Buying Office.
