Semper Home Loans, a direct lender licensed in 42 states, is actively searching for a qualified Mortgage Recruiter to join our esteemed executive team. This pivotal role will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and HR Director, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our dynamic organization.

- Engage with and assess individuals expressing interest through our recruiting email campaigns.
- Proactively reach out to potential loan officers and branch managers via cold calling.
- Complete comprehensive branch and loan officer questionnaires, along with gathering contact information, to facilitate seamless collaboration with Human Resources.
- Coordinate term sheets and potential pay plans in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Ensure timely signing and delivery of contracts via email, while coordinating with licensing to ensure proper setup in the NMLS.
- Provide pricing information to recruits utilizing our Optimal Blue System, maintaining open communication with Secondary regarding branch and loan officer margins.
- Guide and support recruits on loan submission processes to underwriting, tailoring solutions to meet individual loan officer needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various investor programs and possess industry expertise.
- Collaborate with the designated processing team to ensure smooth transitions for loan officers when submitting new files.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for all recruits, addressing inquiries and monitoring pipelines via Encompass to ensure production goals and requirements are met.
- 3-7 years of experience in the mortgage field.
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Self-motivated with the capability to thrive with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional communication and sales acumen are essential.
- Preferably experienced with Optimal Blue and Encompass platforms.
- This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
- We are open to considering candidates for either a contract 1099 role or a full-time W2 employment arrangement.
Salary : $85,000 - $300,000
