Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
- Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
- Take possession of the med-cart when the situation warrants
Qualifications & Skill Set Required
- Valid RN License/Permit to work as a GN in the state of Pennsylvania
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience is desirable, but not required
- Empathy while providing exceptional nursing care
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
- Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
