The NYS Senate is seeking an experienced, detail and quality-oriented Web Press Operator at its Albany printing facility.
To be considered, you must have:
Press operators with wide web or offset printing experience will be considered. UV experience a plus. A conscientious, easy-going, team-oriented individual will be the idea candidate.
To be considered, you must have:
- Three to five years’ experience operating multi-unit narrow web presses – such as Didde, etc., or digital web press
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- A sound understanding of basic math
- Good communication skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent

Duties Description
Responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting job orders
- Setup, operate, and maintain multi-unit narrow web UV press
- Monitor quality of printing jobs throughout the shift
- Perform preventative maintenance on the press
- Work closely with press crew and supervisor to stay on schedule
Additional Comments
This first shift position, with likely hours of 7.00AM to 3.00PM, Monday through Friday comes with exceptional benefits. The salary range is $42,000 to $48,000, commensurate with education and experience.
