Great Hill Solutions is currently seeking a Program Manager in the Falls Church, VA area to support the Defense Health Agency. The objective of this work is to provide on-site surge support in the transition of all DoD Health Records requiring labeling / relabeling for workflow management in PRT (Paper Record Tracking). This includes all DoD Health Records on hand and managed at the sites.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sets deadlines, assigns/delegates responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of project.
- Responsible for successful execution of the project, managing schedule to milestones, and maintaining communication with all Stakeholders.
- Provide routine status and or project reports to project stakeholders.
- Leads strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to task requirements.
- Formulates, communicates, and enforces quality work standards.
- Monitors progress and resolves any identified issues affecting successful product/service delivery.
- Ensures compliance with all administrative and contractual requirements.
- Responsible for assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Establish processes and procedures to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and defines the standards for quality and timeliness to ensure results.
- Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to process actions in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing large tasks / contracts in agile development of similar scope.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- DoD Healthcare IT experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating large planning efforts for enterprise implementations.
- 5 years of experience in CHCS.
- Experience in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in CHCS, and other associated MHS systems such as DEERS, AHLTA, HAIMS, and MHS GENESIS.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Required Experience:
- Certifications in PMP or PgMP preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience on contracts of similar scope and complexity.
