Responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents to address any issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, prioritizing safety.
  • Document all maintenance activities for clear and accurate recordkeeping.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, with a preference for skilled nursing facilities.
  • Proven HVAC experience is a requirement.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment or materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and address maintenance challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and residents.
