Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct multi-line phone calls
- Assist with projects as needed
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience (Required)
- Home care/Senior care experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with multi-line phone systems and computer programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
