What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activity Coordinator Adult Day Health position at Senior Citizens, Inc. (SCI)?
Senior Citizens, Inc. is looking for an Activity Coordinator to join our Ruth Byck Adult Day Health Team. CNA certification and COVID-19 vaccination are both required for this position.
The Activity Coordinator plans, organizes, and directs activities at our Adult Day Health Center for seniors to ensure pleasurable and safe programming. The Coordinator will work with the Director/RN to develop activities that are appealing to Center participants and schedule and oversee all daily activities at the Center. The Coordinator is also responsible for supervising volunteers at the Center. Experience with clients with Alzheimer's and dementia required. Activity certification preferred. Prior experience in the field required.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
