Your Role as a Personal Care Aide
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with mobility and transfers for comfort and safety
Provide companionship and social engagement
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders and assistance (as permitted by state regulations)
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Senior Helpers team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
What You Need to Apply
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required – we provide training!
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs
