Senior Helpers of Greater Knoxville is currently hiring a CNA - Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting care team and office operations. General Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Fulfill shifts and support Client and Caregiver Introductions
- Takes the lead with office phone and administrative support
- Supports with Client and Caregiver communication along with scheduling when available
- Share the On - Call phone with other Care Coordinators and Operations Team
- Weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years Caregiving experienced is required
- Passion for Caregiving, great communication skills, ability to manage conflict, and basic computer skills
- Ability to Operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass background checks, have a valid Driver's License, and pass a drug screen
