Description
- Perform initial and ongoing reassessments
- Develop and revise a plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members, which will enable patient to achieve realistic goals of self-care.
- Provide Physical therapy services as prescribed by a physician.
- Apply therapeutic self-care and creative activities that are directed toward improving independence and physical and mental functioning
- Evaluate equipment needs to increase functional level of patient.
Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Monday-Friday Day Shift
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
- Florida State licensure in Physical therapy
- Home care and Geriatrics needed
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
