Job Description
- Assist and/or administer medications as prescribed by physician to residents.
- Document all medication management related information.
- Notify RN/LPN of any negative medication reactions.
- Assist and/or manage all medication refills.
- Update records as necessary.
- Provide personal care and assist with ADLs.
Qualifications
- Must have Arizona Caregiver Certification
- Experience as a caregiver, we’ll train the rest!
- First Aid/CPR certified.
- Must be willing to work weekends/holidays
