Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
· Post job openings on job boards and social media.
· Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
· Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews.
· Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Onboarding & Employee Support:
· Assist with new hire paperwork and orientation.
· Provide HR support and answer employee inquiries.
· Coordinate training sessions and track employee progress.
· Support employee recognition programs.
Compliance & Administration:
· Ensure HR processes align with labor laws and company policies.
· Maintain confidential employee records.
· Assist in developing and updating HR policies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year in talent acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills: Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship management abilities.
Attitude: Compassionate, professional, reliable, and team oriented.
