JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for putting away all incoming product, maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming product.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check incoming shipments against product invoices
- Track inventory counts and check items in inventory for damage
- Properly account for the location of incoming product
- Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list
- Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
- Put away incoming inventory in the proper bin location
- Change bin locations as needed
- Restock inventory
- Unload delivery trucks
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS
- Knowledge of Windows based computer systems a plus
- Forklift Certification Required
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Detail oriented
SHIFT HOURS
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM, no nights and no weekends.
