The HR Business Partner is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.- Provides expert advice to employees and managers on a range of issues, including but not limited to; benefits, payroll, and general policy and procedures
- Key contributor in the strategy implementation and operations of a broad range of HR services
- Manages various departments with respective projects. These could include comp & benefits, talent acquisition, data administration and or running orientation
- Key contributor in developing department goals, objectives and systems
- Manages creation and implementation of updated processes, and make any recommendations to the company based on findings
- Keeps abreast with employment, state, federal and local regulations and communicates impact to HR leadership and teams
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree and 6 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 4-6 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree) or a higher level degree and 2-4years of experience (i.e. Doctorate degree)
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

- Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
- Experience with organizational design, changes and integrations
