What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Management Associate I position at Sentara?
Sentara Health Corp Facilities is currently seeking an onsite Full-Time, day shift, Document Management Associate I in Norfolk, VA.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM
Responsible for sorting, distributing, scanning and indexing business office documents for electronic storage, retrieval, and processing through workflows. Able to work in a very busy office environment with a high degree of organizational skills required. Strong focus on productivity maximization.
Ability to operate basic office equipment in a fast-paced environment. Effective organizational skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, questioning attitude, willingness to collaborate with leadership and other team members to continuously improve processes.
Job Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- Clerical work experience of 1 year is required.
- Operation of basic office equipment is preferred.
