A growing medical device company, Sentec is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Trade Show Specialist to join our fast-paced team.
The Events Specialist is essential to driving the success of our trade show program and will serve as project manager for assigned shows, responsible for all aspects of the process from conceptualization through execution while maintaining brand consistency. The Events Specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, other departments, and vendors to align show strategies with business goals and drive lead generation to ensure the success of every trade show.
While trade show project management will be the primary focus for this role a portion of their responsibilities will include support with planning and execution of the annual Global Sales Meeting, webinar program and administrative needs for the marketing department. This is a Hybrid position based in our Lincoln, RI office .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee all stages of trade show planning and execution. This will include pre-planning and debriefing meetings, registration, logistical orders, confirming assets, show services, packing and shipping / receiving items, communications with those attending, budget management and post-show reporting.
- Create, track, and manage project tasks and deadlines in Asana, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the event planning process.
- Maintain trade show product and literature inventory to support show strategies and schedules. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring products and graphic properties are in working condition, purchase replacement parts, maintaining printed literature inventory.
- Limited travel to corporate shows assisting with booth installation and dismantlement This may include weekends.
